“I decided to speak to an advisor on the telephone rather than on line, my ability for which is a little limited. The advisor was very professional and reasonably friendly but at times seemed a bit impatient with me for my lack of knowledge with these personalised plates. However I cannot fault the whole process. I was kept informed either by text or email as to exactly what was going on at each stage of the process. I chose to pay for them to handle everything for me which was worth the £19.95 and everything was completed within a week and the new log book was with me within 4 days after that. I’m very pleased with my new plates and definitely recommend this company”
