“I've found that when you get on in years the thought of forms and what looks like excessively complicated administrative procedures as soon as you want to do anything just fills me with dread. I phoned Primo, whereby I was led by a very pleasant person through a couple of questions about the design of my plates. They arrived within a few days, all done and dusted. Painless.”
