“Very informative, very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Kept in contact with me even while I was on project, that was reassuring especially when your half way around the world on your own. I will be using POD for all my volunteering adventures in the future.”

“pod volunteering was an amazing company to go through I've looked at volunteer work before but no company answered my questions to the extent pod did, they made me feel comfortable through the whole process and beccy was amazing, answering all my questions no matter how small or rediculous she always got back to me amazingly fast and even let me through even with such short notice! I honestly cannot recommend pod enough the experience I had in Cambodia was life changing and something I will never forget and if it wasn't for beccy and the team making me feel so safe and comfortable i never would have had the courage to go ahead and do it, it was their reassurance that Pushed me to go work in the orphanage, I actually cannot thank you enough for your help, support and patience it was an incredible experience and I will definitely be going back to Kai's village and looking at other projects with pod that interest me”

“It's been the best experience of my life so far... Gettint to know volunteers froms around the world, share with them and work hand to hand was both exciting and awesome. Working all together towards the well being of elephants is difficult to describe, it needs no words when it's all about sensations and feelings. Getting to know the elephants, their personalities and working hands-on with them is something to experience. It really helps you staying focused on the "now", in the present which is a real gift. The staff is really friendly and close, like a big family. All this sums up in a great experience worth trying and repeating.”

“Throughout my entire volunteer placement, Erin was constantly checking up on my progress and helping out any way she could. POD make the travel process as easy as possible and are always on hand to help out. I would thoroughly recommend travelling through POD particularly to Belize which is an unbelievable country full of friendly people and incredible wildlife. Also if you're lucky, you might see a whale shark!”

“South Africa, Knysna elephants sanctuary was the best experience I've had for many years, a bunch of people from different countries with a wide range of age groups all working together with 3 herds of elephants, direct interaction, observations through the day and night and lots of time to see the country too. The organizers were informative and incredibly friendly, always there to help, advise and have fun with. The elephants were amazing, my favourite little boy Mashudu was quite simply awesome who stole my heart on first sight, the keepers have a wealth of knowledge who are happy to share both information and fungi stories about their experiences. The pod crew were very helpful when trying to book and gave all the info you needed to know regarding your placement and flights and actually everything you need to know before arriving. I would definitely recommend pod and would definitely use them if I ever do a voluntary holiday again. Do it.....you won't regret it, I promise!”

“This was the most amazing experience I've ever had. I met the most amazing people, and learn so much during my time in Thailand. This trip really opens up your eyes to the world, not only to life in Thailand, but to the countries of the other volunteers as well!”

“Had an amazing time at WFFT! Spent a week with wildlife and one with the elephants. The facilities are really great, and the animals are so well looked after. I am really pleased that I had the opportunity to volunteer! I have some photos that I can send through if you would ever like them :) Amy”

“I dealt with both Becky and Erin for the organisation of my trip to Belize, and really enjoyed the experience. They set my mind at ease and were happy to answer all my questions and have a laugh. The program itself was wonderfully rewarding, and came with all the challenges you would expect with an authentic experience with a completely different culture. I can't wait to do it again, thanks so much for having me!”
