“great teachers when you find the right one.. only issue is if you cancel a class you get charged, but if your teacher cancels then thats just the way it is, even if you freed that time for her.”

If you cancel a lesson within 48 hours of its scheduled start time then you may be charged for the lesson, but this is at the tutor's discretion. Our cancellation policy is there as tutors often put significant time into preparing lessons etc. If a lesson is cancelled by a tutor, the student will never be charged.
