I was incorrectly advised by someone (not Plumbworld) to buy a certain shower pump which the plumber then could not fit in the space. I spoke to Customer Service who were very understanding and arranged collection of the pump when delivering the new one purchased. Delivery was spot on on both occasions. The returns process was easy and the refund came very quickly. All staff that I spoke to were efficient while friendly and certainly knew their stuff.
