“Items insufficiently packaged for transport by DPD gorillas used as couriers and all the original order and part of the first replacements arrived smashed. Customer service did all that could be reasonably expected to help but needs better packaging or use of a better courier.”
“Delivery was very quick and price point was excellent. Only downside was the delivery.
The guy seemed great as couldn’t get the van down the road. So offered to help me out it in my car so we could sort it. But then once it was in the boot he was off and I was left with An 86kg stove in the boot of my car and no way of getting it out at the other end.”
