“I ordered a shower tower and a new pump as we were told our pump was broken. Both arrived next day. The shower was as described on the website and was excellent value for a product that looked very upmarket. After we received the new pump our plumber told us that he had figured out the issue with our pump, and that we no longer needed the new one. I requested a return, and Plumbworld processed it within 24 hours, and credited me back as soon as they received it in good condition. Outstanding service, will definitely recommend!”
