“The product was very good but there were problems with the delivery being delayed and then the product was lost at the warehouse etc. But very pleased with the shower screen when it did arrive.”

“Order arrived & toilet pan broken so i contacted Plumbworld they instructed me to go to returns, but site is down for maintenance, so now i had a customer who was expecting there new toilet fitting the day after the delivery date .with no toilet so ive had to purchase another toilet from a local supplier.So now i have to wait for the returns site to be back online to arrange a return & my refund. POOR AFTER SALES”
