“I ordered a Mira logic shower head from you and the first one leaked from all the holes when I had it on the middle setting after a lot of explaining to your customer service team they sent me another one that was exactly the same so I got my neighbour to try it on his shower and it was exactly the same so I was told you would get on to Mira and someone would get me back to me so far after a week nobody from your company has replied to me I’m afraid this is not acceptable it would be nice for someone from Plumbworld to get back to me but I’m not holding my breath.”
“Power shower box looked like it had already been opened. Sure enough when I came to fit it I found that one of the catches on the cover was damaged. Haven't complained yet as the shower is fitted.”
“Product good, and delivery fast, problem, was trying to claim vat back for our mum you is chronically sick/ disabled and have to change bath to a walkin shower.
Under government Web site is states we can claim vat back for changing a bath to walkin shower, this includes a shower I purchased.
They it is not a disabled shower, this could not make no difference.
I've claimed back items for bathroom from other suppliers No problems.”
“I have ordered twice from plumbworld and both times I had delivery issues. My recent order I received completely the wrong bath and extra units and panels that I didn’t order. Staff seemed more concerned about getting the overages back than delivering my bath!”
“Disappointing. Radiators are supplied by third party. Twice damaged in transit by TNT as poorly packaged and heavy handling! Customer Service organised replacements but chaotic communications re new delivery and collection. They take no responsibility for any of this and pass the responsibility back to suppliers/carriers who I have no contract with! Offered a discount if I would accept damage but invalidates warranty so useless. Be aware!”
“This order was supposed to be delivered 5 March. I paid two people to be at the property for the whole day only to be informed when we rang Plumbworld after it didn’t arrive that they didnt guarantee that delivery date even though it was on the paperwork. Was then told it would be there on the 6th so I have booked someone for tomorrow. Just checked my email and it now appears to be arriving on the 9th. This has cost me a fortune. Not impressed.”
“Two items that we ordered came smashed. It is impossible to get through to speak to someone to deal with damaged goods as they ask you to do this online. However, it doesn't always allow you to and when you go into a call queue you can wait an hour or more to be dealt with.”
