“They had the product we needed and delivered it quickly. It's gone in nicely and seems to be good. They're radiators so won't really know until the winter.”
“Ordered a new toilet pan, but found on unpacking after delivery that it was the wrong size. However called customer service who sorted out the problem. A correct sized pan was delivered in a couple of days and the incorrect one collected. This issue was annoying but the product once installed is perfect.”

“Not exactly the companies fault but DHL lost my shower screen, another was sent which was promised on a certain date, DHL failed to deliver so after two call out fees from my plumber and two days off work I cancelled the order. Two weeks later DHL rock up with the parcel and look at me gone out when I told them where to go! Wouldn't use this company ever again due to who they use for delivery!!”
“We ordered everything in the bathroom apart from shower. The sink unit and toilet were damaged and they sent new ones out, the sink tap leaked so they sent new out.
The flush wouldn't work in toilet so they sent a new one.
All very good sending new parts out but I have had to pay a plumber each time to refit replaced parts. Won't shop with them again.
Customer services are good but would rather not of had to contact them so many times.”
