I liked the fact that I was able to purchase the bath shower screen cheaper here than another place, which had the bath but didn't stock the screen. Not only is hat I was able to easily fill in a disabled VAT exemption form online. Which I couldn't do elsewhere.

“Price changed on website as about to order online. Called customer services who said they could not honour the web price so purchased at higher price. That evening I rechecked the web price and it had been reduced again so felt aggrieved and cheated on the price. Also this shower may be a direct Triton replacement of previous model but it is a lot less powerful be warned as very disappointed with its power. Product arrived on time but no instructions included so had to search online for instruction manual.”
