“The Grohe kitchen tap I ordered was dispatched and arrived in a timely manner; however, I am rather dissatisfied. Grohe tap requires a pair of 15mm to 10mm couplers/adapters for taps; it also requires an aerator. Any smart business would have offered those two as optional extras and made some money, in fact, I searched their website and found none. So the moral of the story is that they missed the trick which inconvenienced the customer too!”
