“Really pleased with the pump. It is so easy to use and I was impressed with how much I expressed. The charge is good and I like how it is rechargeable. It is easy to put together and take apart. I'm very impressed with the pumps performance, Especially considering the price tag!!”

“I haven't used it yet so can't give genuine feedback about the product itself. However, customer service is brilliant. Fast shipping with tracking reference. Hopefully will give proper feedback once I use it.”

“The product itself is built very well. But I find I cannot move around as it will pull away and leak. And it's top heavy due to the battery so it doesn't stay in place so I have to hold it anyway. Overall good product but I did expect the product to be more functional”

“This pump is ok. On more than one occasion when using it has leaked when using as the seal is not tight. I would probably in invest in a different one next time but ok to use from time to time.”

“I needed replacement cups, which are recommended to be changed every 6-8 weeks if you pump more than once a day!! I also found this to be quite pricey given its half the price of the entire pipetta including the electric pump! Every single time I now use the pump it leaks. I've been using it for months now so know how to use it. Completely fed up with needing to change my bra so often, I hardly use it any more. Had been planning to solely use this pump for and my upcoming holiday, will now need to purchase an entire new pump.”

Hi Krina, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your pump. Please know that is not required to change the cup every 6 - 8 weeks. The parts that would require changing is only the valve and membrane and this would be dependant on how often you are pumping. The reason for this is over time these small silicone parts loose elasticity resulting in a lack of suction. One of team has tried to contact you so we can help you further. Thank you Aimee
