“I ordered two of the hands free pumps to double pump, they have just arrived and I'm not disappointed. It was delivered speedily, arrived packaged very well and has excellent instructions. I found it easy to put together and start using. Given how complicated any hands free pump is, I didn't find it too arduous to clean allthe component parts, and what is reslly great is how many soare parts have been included as standard. And I have been pleased by the suction and the results.”

“I love my pumps! They are discreet, comfortable and the battery life is very good. I love being able to pump hands free! My only constructive feedback would be re the pouring spout. Is it possible to create plugs that can be put during pumping? It would help reduce accidental spillage. In fact, plugs for the nipple wholes would be great for those times when I can’t decant EBM straight away.”

“Fantastic products and fantastic customer service... the best I have experienced in a long time! I have been using the Pippeta hands free breast pump and have recommended to anyone who wants to try pumping as it's excellent value for the price. It has done as good a job as my previous plug in but saves me much more time! When I experienced issues with my latest order the customer service team have gone above and beyond to resolve this quickly for me. Can't thank them enough, when time is short! Thank you, my experience has been 10/10.”

“For the first 5 days my pump worked wonderfully. Very easy to figure out how to use. On day 6 however, my pump stopped working. I contacted the company and they refused to refund me. Instead, insisting I send the pump back to them for repair. When I questioned them, they said they aim to fix the problem or send a new one if it is unable to be fixed, the same day. Reluctantly (as I was worried about my milk supply dwindling) I returned the pump to them. They did offer me a discount on purchasing a new pump in the meantime but given the poor quality of the first one, I decline spending more of my money on it. They did not return my pump the same day and over a week later, only after I contacted them did they even look for my pump. They told me that (although sent to the address specified and signed for my pippeta) that it had ended up the the wrong part of the building?!!! They did finally return my fixed pump. Luckily I bought a Medela pump which actually works otherwise my baby would be on formula now!”

“I’ve used my Pippeta for 3 weeks and it’s completely broken! It’s not switching on at all or charging. Very frustrating as I need to pump and now have to wait for a new one. Pumps should last longer than this, it’s unreliable so woundnt recommend.”
