“I can not fault Pippeta. I bought the wireless breast pump before I had my baby and produced so much colostrum. I have since bought another pump and I am exclusively expressing for my baby with great supply. The pumps have been a life saver! I had an issue with one of my pumps and I was responded to within an hour and a new pump was sent out. Can not fault at all.”

“I am a first-time mum and I was quite nervous about buying an electric pump but I definitely needed one before going back to work after maternity leave. I spent a long time looking for a pump that would be efficient, comfortable, portable, hands-free, relatively quiet, and affordable. This was starting to seem like an impossible list of requirements until I came across Pippeta. I bought the Pippeta Classic, which has checked all those boxes and worked like a dream! It arrived quickly (in two days) and was easy to set up and use in single-pumping mode. I had a minor issue with setting up the dual-pumping mode at the beginning, in that I couldn't find one of the parts I needed for this mode, but I contacted customer service and got a very quick reply and they sent me a replacement for that part immediately. I highly recommend this pump!”

“I am loving the pump! It is very efficient and I am able to pump whilst nursing my baby on the other side of the breast very comfortably. I love it does not have many parts to it. Also very discreet. There is an audible noise from the pump, but it is okay. I do have an issue hence the 4 stars. When unlatching the pump from the breast there is always residue of milk on attachment side which is frustrating as it is basically wasted breast milk. For some weird reason does not enter the storage which is annoying and still can’t figure out why. I have left a picture to explain better. I would love the team to contact me to let me know if it is normal or I might have gotten a faulty batch”

“Lovely products but expensive delivery. I chose the cheapest which was £5 for a 48 hour service and items took a week to arrive. Contacted Pippeta who apologised and although I didn't want a delivery refund I thought they may have offered a voucher.”

“Broke after 6 months of very light use. I have been using it as per the instructions and noticed that the mechanised part was starting to get loose and would occasionally fall off. Now it won’t stay on at all. I’m going to invest in an Elvie instead as I expect that it’s better quality.”

“I own the duel. I exclusively pump so I use mine a lot and whenever I've needed help it's been answered so fast! Even when I accidently sterilised parts I wasn't supposed to, I was sent new ones right away! It's a rare thing when you buy a product from someone and you get amazing support with the product! I love it so much. You should be mega proud of yourselves! ❤️❤️❤️”
