“Brought the hands free pump and its been a life saver, enabling me to express whilst on the go. I have been getting the same amount of milk using this as I am using my hand held pump. I wish I had brought two as I am pumping one breast and then pumping the other straight afterwards”

“Had a problem with my cup for my hands free pump and Pippeta were very quick to send me a free replacement. Amazing customer service and quick communication. The pump itself works like a dream with lots of power settings and lasts a good few sessions and doesn’t take too long to charge as well as being inexpensive. Would highly recommend Pippeta!”

“Main product I purchased was flawed. Update 05/08/2023: Pippeta asked me to update the review since my issue "had been resolved" but since I haven't received the replacement yet and can't verify if it is any better (and it looks like I'll only be getting half a replacement), my score is unchanged. Update 06/08/2023: I have received replacement feeding lids. They are marginally better than the previous ones, but still do not tighten well and will likely come off if knocked with use. Other brands have much tighter seals. I will not be using the feeding lids, but will use a competitor. As stated before, the teats are good, but in the full set you cannot choose which flow speed you get.”

“Really impressed with the pump. I've had s few but this by far the easiest to wash/steralise and use as there aren't a silly number of parts, the instruction manual wad short and easy to understand (so grateful for this with a newborn!) and it gets a decent amount. Really like that the replacement parts are readily available on the website and delivery has been speedy.”

“Only been using a week but once organised with how to build together it works brilliantly. (If you get it wrong you do get leaks but the YouTube video is helpful!) I’ve had low / intermittent flow and the pump has been comfy and managed to express good volumes of milk. Battery life good too. Would recommend to first time mums.”
