We are sorry to see that a fault occurred with your pump. As your pump was under warranty we investigated this for you and I can see that we have replaced the motor for you with a brand new motor, which was sent to you last week. “Loved the pump, it’s not noisy , it’s convenient, user friendly and small enough to pop a shirt on! I’ve had it for almost 9-10 months and it worked perfectly until yesterday; it stops suctioning? Have contacted customer service team about it, so i’ll update more on this :)”

“I was recommended the led handsfree pump by my friend and it didn’t disappoint, it’s easy to use, clean and I pump a great amount of milk with no discomfort. I had a small technical fault a while after I had owned the pump and Stephanie from customer service responded to my emails on the same days and was very helpful. Great product for mums and great company”
