“EDIT: I owe the company an apology. After writing my bitter review I was contacted by their customer service and advised what could be wrong with my pump. And clearly, I did not 'change all possible parts' as per my previous review. My pump works perfectly fine again after replacing a valve. So please, if there is anything wrong, contact them first, they will help you. Thank you!! It would be a great product if it works. I purchased 2 Pippeta pumps just over a month ago and one of them already lost the suction function. I did change all the parts possible, do everything as per instruction and still, it takes up to 10 approaches to start working. Since I need to pump up to 7 times a day and once a night it's very annoying and disappointing. I know I could purchase a whole new cup, but if I would have to do it every month it's just pointless. Very sad as I was planning to use it for another 7 months, but may just change to formula as it's too stressful.”

“The pippeta arrived quickly after ordering. It's a compact pump that is easy to assemble and works great to express milk. The reasons I have given it 4 stars not 5 is that I can't seem to remove the pump without getting a bit of milk on my bra (I think it comes out of the flange as I am removing the pump) and 2 it doesn't recommend steam sterilising it. The instructions say sterilise in normal way then go on to say not microwave! Which is frustrating cause that's the way I would normally sterilise. I found online that they recommend boiling. However how do you keep all the parts submerged for the whole 10 mins? Surely this method is worse for the parts than microwave steam sterilising?”

“This is an excellent breast pump. It gets more milk than my hospital grade plug in pump. It’s really easy to set up and wash. Very easy to wear and move around normally! Really affordable and good value compared to similar products. I would say it’s a little bit noisy but it doesn’t really bother me. I have ordered a second one so I can do both at the same time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This pump is terrible and my milk leaked everywhere and over half of it was lost. Do not buy as they don’t accept returns so save your money and don’t risk it like I did.”

“I purchased this pump following a recommendation by a friend. It is easy to take apart and put together for cleaning. The pump itself works well and I am able to express quickly and use the milk as a top up for my baby. It is fairly quiet compared to others I have used. Although designed to be mobile you do need to be careful to avoid leakage. It is a little difficult to check the amount of milk expressed as you are doing it. Overall a great product and well priced.”

“Great product. Easy to use, and great for pumping whilst being able to get on with other things! The only improvement that could be made is that it’s not quiet. It’s not as loud as other electric pumps, but you couldn’t discreetly pump in public! However, would thoroughly recommend for anyone who wants to pump regularly.”

“Honestly best thing I ever bought! So happy with how simple and effective this pump is. Tried different branded manual pump and a electric wired double pump both made me feel like I couldn’t express. I can’t recommend this pump enough, cherry on the cake is the price :)”
