“Great to have a reasonably priced hands free pump on the market! As a first time mother I’ve found the amount of products that are out there overwhelming so I was glad to find Pippeta that did exactly what I needed without spending a fortune. Arrived quickly, packaged beautifully and simple to use. I love that I can have breakfast and do my morning chores whilst pumping. Thank you!”

“So happy 😁🎉 I ordered x2 pumps, super fast delivery - arrived in beautiful packaging and had lovely motivational cards inside ❤️ they work perfectly, easy to assemble and comfortable to wear. “Super impressed! I used it for the first time this morning as babe had only fed on one side and I was feeling full on the other. Thought it would be handy to have a little freezer stash. Was so simple and straightforward to use and such a reasonable price for the maternity leave budget. Would 100% recommend.”

“I really loves the idea of this pump and the price is brilliant, it’s easy to get to know how to use after a few tries and you’ll need to buy the insert to make sure you have the right size flange. However the suction is really hit and miss and I’ve only used it for about 3 weeks and the suction is rubbish, and stopped, I’m constantly taking it apart to try and get it to work and still doesn’t do anything. I know it can work as it did in the beginning but now it doesn’t The battery also constantly falls off when trying to use it which is annoying and fiddly to get back on, never feels like it fits tightly enough. The battery life is also poor, use it twice a day and it will need charging again that day.”

“I purchased the Pippeta pump due to exclusively pumping. It has enabled me to continue my breastfeeding journey whilst being hands free whilst expressing. It is easy to clean, sterilise and put together. The 20 minute session is an optimum time. I have purchased two pumps.”

“Awful product stopped working after a few days. Kept trying with different maternity bras. Position was correct but no milk appeared in the collection. Contacted company for help with no response. I want a refund. Had to go back to my electric pump.”

“Was looking forward to trying but unfortunately I didn’t get to as the motor falls off the pump because the insert to keep it attatched to the milk collector is far too big. Waste of money”

Thank you for your review we are sorry that you are having problems with your pump. Please be reassured that this can be easily fixed. On the pump head you will see the circle where you click onto the cup around that circle you should notice an elastic ring, please could you replace this with the one in your bag. If the pump didn’t have a ring please also add one onto the pump. Should the pump still not attach we recommend adding both rings.
