“No complaints in terms of the staff but the admin fee is unfair and way to high unless you can better explain how you justify it”

“I have a good relationship with Jatin Patel and did have one with RA. Not sure what I would do if Jatin left. Didn't appreciate the hoops your loss adjuster made us jump through. Somebody that has never visited or understands our setup. The next question I'm marking as 5 you can make it 10 if Jatin is still there next year.”

“There was very little interaction. The renewal was sent by e-mail and when I phoned I was told that enquiries had been made and that was the best quote for my business. Beyond that, there was not much to score you on.”

“a) Insufficient time to seek competitive quotes b) Unsure why Brokers have adopted an Administration Fee c) Year upon year contact from different part of organisation d) Standing instructions are to send quote to a Trustee and the Charity Office both e-mail addresses held on your file.”

“My reason is that the customer service (first point of contact) could have been a lot better as several of my e-mails were not acknowledged. This was not the case last year as the customer service was extremely good and there was interest in attention to us as a customer. Also, the person I dealt with last time went over and beyond to help.”
