Huge price increase with no explanation Change of underwriter supposed to be "like for like" turned out not to be 11th hour price no time to do anything about it Policy mistakes with basic stuff,postcode Date of birth ,registrations missed off and incorrect Demanding more money to add the missing vehicles All in all a very poor experience

After many calls and emails I have not received a ulr refund as promised also two years on the trot my car was not added to the insurance data base I asked if it was my responsibility or the insurers I asked for the mid code and log in no reply as yet two months later

Been with PIB for many years and the last 2 years the service has been really bad, i didnt get my renewal quote untill 10 minutes before the last working day of the policy,to be told that take it or leave it, at this point i had no choice but to take the policy or i would have been left with out insurance dispite calling every day for 2 weeks asking if i could have my quote and to be told it being worked on. As normal i expect this comment will just get pushed to one side and nothing will be done to sort the issues you have.

I have been trying for weeks now to get you to sort out a payment problem with my motor trade policy but getting nowhere and can't get anyone to come back to me! have even asked them to provide me with a contact number for the insurance company but nobody has got back to me.

Useless brokers. Totally happy to take your premium for years, but when you need help with a non fault claim true colours are shown.

The service from your account managers is very poor. Calls are not returned and queries have to be chased up- not the service I would expect from an organisation that values its clients

I had requested my claims experience multiple times to allow me to try and get renewal quotes for fleet insurance, however this was never provided to us. The next correspondence I had from PIB was with a renewal quote at 5pm on a Friday for the policy that was due to expire the following day, to top the renewal policy was £1000 more than I got quoted elsewhere but I couldn't move as there was £2500 clause in the policy!!!
