“Samuel Yapi took the time to visit prior to the renewal to introduce himeself as the newly appointed Account Executive. He was very helpful and informative during the renewal process and since with queries relating to new cover and existing endoresments.”

“We have been customers of over a long period of time. Tracy Scott is very knowledgeable on the subject of insurance and her advice and attention to detail is second to none. She is always friendly and courteous and a credit to the company. We have not had many claims over the years, however when a claim has arisen it has been dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. On the rare occasions when Tracy has not been available (annual leave) I have had the same level of service from other members of staff. I would highly recommend PIB Insurance Brokers.”
