“Roger went above and beyond to help us track down and get to the bottom of the rat problem which took over our house during Christmas. Having young children it was really stressful having this problem in the house. He even came out on the bank holidays to lay further bait and change traps around to resolve. We are relieved that the problem is now resolved and we have been advised on how to prevent it happening again in the future. We can't thank Roger at Pest Defence enough, it's been a fantastic service - thank you!”

“Eradicated the hornets and successfully caught two moles on the initial visit. Turned quickly and was good value too. I have already recommended to my neighbour!”

“Thanks to Andrew, we now have a mole free garden. Easy and sorted quickly. Also I had little unwelcomed visitors ( field mice) that gave now finally packed their bags and moved on. Thanks again Andrew. 😀”

“Efficient and quick service, Trevor took care of the problem swiftly and professionally. Come back about 4 times and found the origin of the problem that permit us to solve it easily. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“When I phoned Pest Defence I spoke to John. He was great and really reassuring that the flea problem could be solved quickly. With young kids in the house I was worried. They were so good they came the day after I phoned them. Joe came to sort the problem sort and he did a great job. Would highly recommend.”

“I had a squirrel in the loft efficiently dispatched by Joe who was very good throughout. However my experience of Pest Defence was marred by poor customer service. I needed a receipt for my cheque to support my insurance claim but despite several phone calls and e-mails and promises I never did get that receipt. Fortunately my insurers accepted a scan of my bank statement but not ideal.”
