Dear Mr Thong, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear of the slight damage to your shoe cleaning accessories. Our despatch department work hard to ensure orders arrive safely by using bubble wrap and corrugated before items are boxed and wrapped. However we are at the mercy of others for the final delivery. “The quality of your products is very good as as seen online. Unfortunately, I had a late delivery this time around as I was advised a day after my initial order was made that my size for some of the items were no longer available. Even though I immediately cancelled those items, I still had to wait for another 2 weeks before the order was despatched due to other reasons.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you had problems with your latest order from us. I have investigated this matter and it would seem that a defective tie was the cause for the delay (rather than the belt). Our despatch team noted that tie we had in stock was defective and ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, this took much longer than is usual and hence the delay. We did advise you of this at the time of despatch. However, there is no excuse for not having kept you informed regarding this delay. Our despatch team are usually very good at keeping customers updated - but clearly, on this occasion, we fell short of our usual high standards. “I recently came across Pediwear when I was looking to buy some chelsea boots, either R.M. Williams or Loake. Since I was quite confused about what brand to choose I sent them a few emails to which they answer prompt and clearly. After that I ended up going for the Loake ones which I ordered on a friday evening at a price way cheaper than all the other websites selling similar products. To my surprise I got them on the next tuesday which was super fast since I live in Sweden. Definitely recommend! Best prices and top of line service!”

“I've been ordering from Pediwear for a number of years now and have always found their level of customer service to be exemplary. Most recently, I wasn't sure which size and width fitting would be best for me. Pediwear recommended the most appropriate fitting but kindly offered to order both fittings into their shop "just in case" (I live near their Halifax store). I trusted Pediwear's judgment (and experience) and asked them to supply their recommended size which fits me perfectly. Pediwear were happy to order the alternate fitting at no extra cost. Furthermore, they added some additional items for free to my order which was greatly appreciated. When paying a lot of hard-earned cash for quality footwear, it's right to expect high standards of customer service - and Pediwear does exactly that!”
