“I recently came across Pediwear when I was looking to buy some chelsea boots, either R.M. Williams or Loake. Since I was quite confused about what brand to choose I sent them a few emails to which they answer prompt and clearly. After that I ended up going for the Loake ones which I ordered on a friday evening at a price way cheaper than all the other websites selling similar products. To my surprise I got them on the next tuesday which was super fast since I live in Sweden. Definitely recommend! Best prices and top of line service!”

“I've been ordering from Pediwear for a number of years now and have always found their level of customer service to be exemplary. Most recently, I wasn't sure which size and width fitting would be best for me. Pediwear recommended the most appropriate fitting but kindly offered to order both fittings into their shop "just in case" (I live near their Halifax store). I trusted Pediwear's judgment (and experience) and asked them to supply their recommended size which fits me perfectly. Pediwear were happy to order the alternate fitting at no extra cost. Furthermore, they added some additional items for free to my order which was greatly appreciated. When paying a lot of hard-earned cash for quality footwear, it's right to expect high standards of customer service - and Pediwear does exactly that!”
