“I have bought 3 pairs from peiwear over the past 18 months. So far, every aspect has been good. Communication has been excellent! Very helpful on size advice given. Delivery has been prompt and prices are really Low! Abd shoes arrived nicely packaged! I will continue buying from them!”

“Hello everybody I ordered shoes Tricker's keswick and shoe polish.i am satisfaction with the purchase.despite the New Year's holidays the order came quickly given the fact that i live in Russia.we made a gift in the form of shoe polish.Certainly soon will order more shoes.i recommend this store. “Great store!! I am so happy with the pair of boots. I will definitely shop at "Prdiwear" next time. Besides, the hand writing message from "Steph" in the box was also very nice. The most concern when you buy a pair of shoes without fitting is ''SIZE". I was worried about the size in the beginning, but fortunately, tha pair was perfect size for me!! I would be happier if I could get a right advice for sizing from professionals at your store in advance. Anyways, I am so satisfied with this time purchase. Thank you so much!@”

“The CS team are friendly but it kinda stops there. i have mixed feelings. As it was Christmas I was considerate with response and ship times. Once they got the stock the order was quick. Unfortunately I then ordered the wrong size ( although did consult the website size guide) after having to send back my shoes for a high amount ( not so much your fault) it all kinda went down hill”

This is particularly disappointing after having read your correspondence with us - where you sound as though you were very happy with the service. We are grateful for your patience with the delays around Christmas, this was a very busy time for us. I am not sure if I understand what part of our service 'went down hill'. I understand the shoes did not fit and you have to send them back - but since this has been arranged and they have yet to arrive back - and I cannot see evidence of any other complaint I am concerned that we might be missing something. Please be assured that if there is any aspect of our customer service which we can improve upon, or any matter which needs addressing we will give it our full attention.
