“They process the order quickly, and have the best selection of the best shoes, (Mephisto) in the UK my opinion. They are experts in their field. I cannot wear any other brand, these are the Rolls Royce of smart, comfortable shoes.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that there may have been a delay in receiving previous orders. I note with this order that we sent it on the 29th January - the day after it was ordered. Our tracking information indicates it was delivered on 2nd January - which given the seasonal holidays was quite a quick delivery. We always endeavour to despatch orders form our own stock within 24 hours and where we have to wait for stock from a supplier we will aim to keep you accurately advised of the waiting time. Very occasionally during busier times (Black Friday etc), there may be additional delays - but we should still keep you informed. Please accept our apologies if we have fallen short of these ideals in in the past. “I ordered the Tricker’s Mayfair monks and unfortunately they were too big. The return was easy and I quickly received a credit. Communication was excellent and always helpful and prompt. I then ordered the Mayfair monks a half size down and that did the trick. A happy USA customer”
