I note that your footwear took 10 working days to arrive - which is longer than we originally estimated. I suspect there must have been a delay obtaining your size from the manufacturer. “My purchase started with a trip to the shop in Halifax, living locally I was aware that the shop carried a range of high quality shoes and that was just what I was looking for to wear at my daughters wedding. Service in the shop was excellent, a very friendly helpful gentleman providing attentive service on a busy Saturday. I soon spotted the design of shoe I wanted and tried it on, but the shop didn't have access to the colour I wanted in the size I needed. So I took the details via a photo using my phone and ordered them via the internet site. Delivery arrangements were exactly as specified and I am very pleased with the product received. Just looking forward to the big day now.”

We're very proud of our retail shop: although much of our business is conducted online nowadays we are keenly aware of our beginnings as the retail shop on a Halifax high street. “I received the shoes, I feel very satisfied. The only drawback is left shoe uppers have some flaws, exposed some of the pinhole, slit again. Parcel has not shoe polish: p, I clearly remember I bought a shoe polish. Overall very satisfied, thank you.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review and for giving us 5 stars despite your concerns. There are two matters here, the first being the quality of the shoes. If you have any concern regarding quality we will be keen to look into the matter for you. Perhaps you might consider sending some photographs of the problem in the first instance? Secondly with regard to the polish, we did not send it, nor did we charge you for it because it was out of stock. The email sent at the time of despatch detailed this. However, I can understand why you might have missed this and it would be our usual practice to email you separately - and at least offer an alternative. Please accept our apologies for not having done so. If you do place another order for footwear with us we would be pleased to add a tin of either Loake polish or our own brand polish free of charge. “I bought a pair of shoe trees as a present for someone, and needed advice regarding the sizing, which can be quite critical (a size 10 tree, for example, would fit an 11 if it is broader than usual, and be too big for may size 10's), and Pediwear were able to give me guidance which meant that what I got was spot on.”

“First of I would like to say they have the best custom servers,due to my credit card didn't work,I kept trying to repay,and they tell me to take my time to do that they will firstly to reserve for me until I pay sussesfully. The massive delivery speed,it was delivery to Hong Kong from England,I thought it would've took more than a week to get to me,and it only took 3-4days Their price is ultimate,you can't even seek a lower price than them,lower price doesn't mean to have bad servers at all.
