“I found the particular shoe I was looking for on your website. The rep that I spoke to recommended a ½ size larger than I was planning to order. He was right. When I became concerned about availability I suggested that I would consider going to a less desirable but more expensive shoe. Your rep assured me that the less expensive shoe would soon be available and that I should stick with it. The preferred shoes arrived (in Canada) reasonably quickly and fit well. “Most of the time WebShop has performed very well. However once I found myself on situation shoes I thought are available for me on stock were sold out and delivery time ended up far longer than expected. Hope this is not possible anymore.”
