“Wasn't sure about placing order for slippers from England to be shipped to me in the US. Customer service was very pleasant and efficient. Order was received in a timely manner. Price was right and product was good quality. Would recommend anytime.”

“It is always a concern when you order something online from a new company, particularly when that company is overseas. My order was dealt with promptly, payment was processed and the boots arrived halfway around the World in less than six days. If this is typical of their professionalism and customer service I will be a repeat customer for years to come.”

“Over the last few years I have bought all my shoes and boots from Pediwear and they have been a true pleasure to deal with. “Pediwear was awesome. I am based in Melbourne Australia and recently ordered a pair of Loakes. The size was not right so I resent and received a very quick turnaround time to replace my original order. It was all turned around within 10 days. I would highly recommend using Pediwear and will be going back for a repeat purchase soon. Well done guys!”

We are a little puzzled as to how you managed to order Loake from our website, since this should not be possible - there is now a restriction on the export of Loake from UK retailers to Australia. I am very sorry to say that we will not be able to send you any further Loake - but we have many alternative brands and expert advisers in fittings and styles should you wish to order from us again.
