“Like it says on the box NO BULL. Rang up for information regarding self levelling suspension on my Sorento. Very friendly response and knowledgeable information given, explained in full what the conversion kit did, ordered on Friday fitted to car on Tuesday works great. Ride height was returned to normal and didn't break the bank in the process, everything arrived intact and within a one hour delivery slot. Thank You for a great and friendly service Nigel Birchall”

“The final result is actually better than expected. The package arrived within the chedule i assumed and there was no difficulties to install them. “I was ablt to broke one rear spring on Track Ryder set I bought from Pedders 2.5 years ago. Although warranty was expired, Pedders send me new one 100% on their expense. Even shipping was on their expense although I live in Estona and shipping from UK to here is quite costly. I am really pleased with their products but i´m extra pleased with their customer service. I would (and I already have) to recomend Pedders products to everyone. BR, Indrek”

“Hi pedders not got round to fitting the shoks yet but delivery was great very quick I need to order the ezefit shoks on Monday because my mechanic wants to fit the front and back suspension at the same time so I will give my full review after the 20th of feb . Thanks again”

“This was the kit to convert an 2001 LC100 Landcruiser amazon 4.2td from AHC active suspension to standard, non adjustable suspension. I was in two minds about potentially losing the plush ride of the air sprung car, but I was certainly tired of replacing sensors at £500 a go. It seemed from some internet searching that this Pedders kit was the only one on the market. I couldn't even find any reviews from people who'd bought it before. Plenty of reviews for how helpful Pedders UK were though, so I called them for a chat. A man spoke to me and gave me the clear impression that he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was there to help. I ended up buying the kit but with the lighter duty dampers, to minimise the change in comfort. Getting the old parts off (after 15 years for some of them) was a pest apparently, but now that the new kit is on the ride isn't terribly different. You do notice more low speed harshness but the primary ride is better than I feared it would be. Still miles better than my wife's X5. I also thought the kit was good value for money. Going for the lighter dampers saved about £100 so the bill was six hundred odd for the lot. I think that's very good. I had a garage fit it since I don't have the facilities, and that added another £600 (given the wrestling involved) so £1200 all in, fully fitted, and no more worrying about whether one or other sensor was on the way out. So thumbs up for Pedders UK who were very helpful and efficient, and thumbs up for the product which I think is good value.”
