“I have to say great service,great parts and staff very professional. Rang them on a Wednesday to conform parts in stock spoke with a very professional staff member that never once spoke over me, not like in most places where they think that because your ringing them that they know more.Ordered shocks and spring kit on line on Thursday evening and delivered to my door in Ireland on Monday.Garage man could not get over the quality of the kit 100% fit and i am more than 100% satisfied the Jeep is like new to drive again i will deal with Pedders Suspension again and highly recommend there products and service. Regards Donal”

“Absolutely delighted. Spoke with Roger who was very knowledgeable, honest and diplomatic. He discussed my requirements and put together a suspension lift kit that was right for my Hilux. Will be fitting the kit very soon and I forecast it's performance on par with Rogers integrity. Outstanding!”

“absolutely first class, I spoke to a friendly knowledgeable chap on the Monday (Matt I think) explained the situation, what I did with my Subaru forester and that ideally I need the shock for Wednesday. despite the fact they needed building they arrived on the Wednesday. Excellent quality parts, delivery and service overall, how many times do you read 'simply replace your old XXXXXX with our new units like for like etc and when it arrives it needs tweaking or modding or sometimes is not even close. Well these units fit EXACTLY in place of the old. restored the ride and handling to old Scooby workhorse in less than an hour. thank you”

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked at your order. This was placed on the 24th. We quote 3-4 days for delivery to Italy as shown on the website. Today (28th) is the 4th day since your order and our couriers show it is out for delivery to you today.

“I was very satisfied with communication (thanks Andy and Kevin) got all answers. Shipping was very fast and item was brand new (as they said) But, item (EziFit rear conversion struts for Forester SH) was wrong completed, I must put it in a clamps press it, loos the nut on top, rotate whole strut for a 90 degrees, refit the spring and then tighten bolt, only after that I can mount it on a car. First impression is very good, rear is in normal height, and a quality of riding is much better, firmly and tight. Will see how it will be after a few years. Little suggestion, include a sticker in a package, for those who will put it on car or to give someone else. Best regards Darko, Croatia”

“Hola. Soy Nicolás, hace pocos días me enviaron una suspensión trasera para un Forester. Disculpen que no haya contestado antes, estaba esperando a que los montaran en el taller. Ya los han instalado y el mecánico no ha tenido ningún problema, ajustaban perfectamente. Tengo que decirles que estoy muy satisfecho con ustedes, cuando necesite otro repuesto para mi coche no tengo dudas de que se lo compraré a ustedes. Gracias y suerte. Un saludo Nicolás”

“Subaru SF Standard Height rear - a brilliantly economic solution to failed Subaru suspension - £276 for springs and struts compared to many times that figure for genuine Subaru replacement. My comments: Car rides well and feels fully sorted. Ride height is about 25mm lower than advertised, with approx 50kg in the boot, but empty fuel tank. If you want full ground clearance I would suggest that if you carry ANY load at all, let alone a heavy load, that you select the raised height option - I wish I had. The original strut top nut is 18mm, and allows access by a ring spanner and a hex key. The new top nut is 19mm - why?? - and cannot be accessed by a ring spanner and hex key, requiring a 'through-access' socket. The springs have an extra coil at one end only. Pedders Technical advise that they can be fitted either way up - but a note or website comment confirming this would have been useful. The Subaru top spring plate has to be re-used. This is weird and seems to slope in opposite direct to spring coils - just get used to it! Pedders could consider offering for sale - a through-access socket kit - & replacement rubber bellows protectors. Overall, thanks Pedders - one sorted Subaru!”
