I also was told that it would be delivered on a certain day so I booked the day off, it was then not until around 4p.m i was told it was the day after, day wasted. I appreciate the delivery is by a 3rd party however the communication from your team was poor and I felt not very understanding of the situation. Again, can\u2019t fault the product however the communication and customer service after can be improved massively. "

Dear Mr Smith, We are sorry you have experienced issue with your delivery. As you will see from our reviews the vast majority of our deliveries happen without issue, however in your case there were obviously some issues. Unfortunately as is widely reported at the moment the pallet delivery networks are experiencing huge issues at the moment due to driver shortages in excess of 100,000 in conjunction with being busier than they have ever been. From our end we can only pass on the information we are given and as the delivery networks are so overrun they unfortunately do not always update us. We are sorry for this, but do hope you come back and order again. We also like to say your patio look great!

“Ordered porcelain tiles for outdoor patio to be laid on pedestals. Order was acknowledged, and tracking info provided, excellent every step of the way. Two negatives which are nothing to do with the Paving Superstore really but considerations when ordering - the manufacturers of the tiles need to be more accurate in sizing, ours were advertised as 600mm square and were 597mm (which may not seem a problem other than we had a fixed space and with pedestals this can cause an issue), second was that they arrived on a pallet in a large truck which managed to damage out gutters!”

“Very good service from this paving company itself, slabs very nice, well packed and none broken on delivery. We have had many postive comments on how nice the patio is so would recommend this company and their fossils sandstone slabs. The delivery agent was a bit rubbish though, pallet company took 3 days to deliver 3 single pallets. Was total madness, they made the trip across country 3 times lol instead of one. Did eventually get it all on time for the build although did take a few phone calls on my behalf to the delivery agent as they were pretty useless”
