“The part of the website I was using - personalised banners - was not easy to use and somehow I seem to have been sent two of the same banner rather than what I ordered (or thought I had ordered). I have sent an email to customer services explaining that my order is not correct and noone has bothered to come back to me....but you are very quick to request feedback! Hence I have to rate you as very poor right now - dificult to use website, wrong items sent, no-one has responded to my email.”

Hello thank you for your feedback. We did receive your email yesterday and this was replied too, have you checked your spam/junk box just in case it has gone in there? We are sorry that you were sent two of the same sashes, we are in the process of having another sash printed, this will be dispatched today on a next day delivery and will be delivered to you tomorrow.
