“Went to Kavos the July just gone and went with Party Hard Travel. If I'm honest I was not impressed, not so much the events but mainly the reps. They seemed very reserved and blunt whenever I spoke to them and when it came to the events it just didn't look like they wanted to be there. I've been to Malia, Zante, Maga and Kavos 2 times before this year and the reps we had were awesome they made us feel welcomed, always chatting to us to see if we were having a good time and brought such positive vibes. However, like I said this year it's been a disappointment.”

“The reps were lovely and the events were good however after coming back from holiday & seeing the party hard instagrams of the events ongoing now where they’ve adding new events etc, giving out free welcome shots adding new things that we didn’t get to do is unfair. Feel like we have wasted our money quite a bit as it seems other people at events got more than we did - next time I will probably just pay for individual events over there or not bother at all”

“The reps were amazing fun and supportive people but the events offered to us on the website were mostly cancelled or changed without us being told before hand.”

“I've been with party hard for a few years now and this is the first time I thought I wouldn't do it again, we had very little communication and organisation, I mean we didn't even have a welcome meeting, Luckily we managed to do a few things but I was overall very disappointed this time round!”

“We thought we could select the days for the events or at least select one or two days, which is why we chose this package. Therefore we only ended up doing amnesia, ocean beach and the boat party. We missed out on Sankey’s due to our flight times and it was never rescheduled or compensated. We only enjoyed amnesia due to abode. Most of the events on here you can get for free if you try to join the guest list. So not worth the money. However the rep was lovely, she went out of her way to help us with questions we had and was always available. She was very friendly and easy to contact thank you”

“Paint party? Flop. After 4 squirts it all turned off. The boat party moving to the same day as the paint party ruined plans I had with my friends out there. Didn’t receive a t-shirt as there weren’t any in my size.”

Hi Dylan, We're sorry you felt like the holiday wasn't what you wanted. At the paint party a fuse blew which couldn't be repaired on the night. We're really sorry about that but it was a situation out of our control. We did send everyone to A-Club and give an hour open bar as an alternative but we apologize if you felt like that wasn't enough. The boat party was moved due to weather conditions and capacity issues. We hope to ensure that this doesn't happen in the future and we apologize for the inconvenience. Supplier issues led us to not having your size but as we mentioned in resort if you email info@partyhardtravel.com we can have one sent out to you. We enjoyed getting to know you throughout the week and we really hope you enjoyed the other events. “The cost of £131 was not worth the package as all me and my friends were given was a wristband and a €5 discount off the main festival, so I really don't know what I paid for with the money.”

Hi Corey, We take all feedback on board and listen to our customers. However with the events that are included in the Malia events package you would have had to pay money to get in to all of them as they are all chargeable - Malia Booze Cruise 55/60, Paint Glow 30, Full Moon 30, Malia Live 25/30, I Love House - 10, Glow Party 10. We've also added even more in for Summer 2016 so hope to see you next summer. James

“This service basically uses a vendor with whom they don't communicate very well with. Once I FINALLY found the vendor everything went well. The problem was FINDING the vendor. I had no contact information and only the name of a bar in a city where there are literally 100's of bars. My hotel didn't know where the bar was neither the taxi driver. The package itself is a great bargain, but if you don't know the country well or have an in country contact, expect the beginning to be a difficult experience. Additionally, the is a package meant primarily for teens and VERY young adults. If you are over 25 you are likely to find yourself very bored.”

Hi Kamina, We are very sorry you had trouble finding our meeting point in resort but are glad that you found the package a great bargain. We take all feedback on board and this year we will include the phone number of our resort manager in the information pack we send out prior to departure. We have moved our meeting point to the Pambos Napa Rocks Pool Bar which every one is Napa will be familiar with too. In regards to the age, our average Ayia Napa booker is 21, perhaps Ibiza will be more suited for your next party holiday as the age range is much wider here. Kind regards, James
