I ordered Sunday but only got delivery on Thursday with no comms on progress.
The order was incorrect.
So not a great transaction, however the person I liaised with was helpful, apologetic and aimed to resolve the issues. So what would have been a 1 turned into a 3. I'll try once more and hopefully I can give a rating of 5”

Regarding the MRC Honey Roast Glaze, it's a less frequently requested flavour, so we typically keep only one tub in stock at any given time.
With regards to the delivery schedule, since your postcode falls within our "Local Van Delivery" zones, we aim to minimize environmental impact by delivering to specific areas on designated days. We are in your area every Thursday, and this is noted at checkout.

“Website for ordering is terrible never going to correct delivery address. Change on the system somehow reverts back. Or goes to a shop which we no longer run anymore. Previously have been fine, lately not as good. Sent an email of a concern which never got answered either.”

Getting it right for our customers matters very much to us, so I am sorry to hear about your delivery.
I have investigated this order ending in 530 and my finding show your goods where delivered to the address specified on your web order correctly by our own transport at 13:02 on 03.09.2024.
I can see you did have an issue with a delivery on an older ending 487, after you recently closed one of your sites, but our sundries manager replied to your email on 31.07.2024 to resolve this to which we had a reply from someone say "not a problem at all these things happen".
At the same time as this email on 31.07.2024 all your address on our system and on the website where all updated and corrected and it apears orders ending 530 and your old shops new owners order ending 692 have all been delivered correctly.
Hopefully your orders will continue be fulfilled correctly and we really apreciate your business.
