I am happy to use you again, after moving to you from another supplier. Just be aware that some of the metal frameworks in some of the lanterns were going a bit rusty. It wasnt bad enough to effect our event this time, but one of the reasons I have changed suppliers is that my last order with them was terrible for rust, to the extend that some of the framework broke.”
“Bought 20 in different colours for a garden party. Pleased with the items. Arrived on time and was given sufficient information about delivery time scale. Only slight criticism I have is the wire frame that goes inside the lantern. It’s a bit flimsy and one of joints broke while putting it together. .”
“The colour was not as expected and did not look like sage green. They were more of an off-white green than sage. It was too late for me to return them as they were needed the day after they arrived and the customer was not happy with the colour.”
Sorry you were disappointed with the colour. We try and make the lantern pictures as close as possible to the actual lantern colours. You are welcome to return them for a refund if they are unused.

“I do not like to leave poor reviews for a small company but their system failed me. As a result, 2 lots of monies came out of my account. As I only got 1 order confirmation I had believed that only 1 payment came out of the account. It take many emails but I got a refund but it was hard work going”

As we discussed, the two payments came from your card because you placed two separate orders with us, each for different lanterns. Two order acknowledgments were sent, but you didn't receive one of the emails. We couldn't issue a refund until you had returned one of the orders to us, but we issued the refund immediately upon receipt. I'm sorry you are disappointed, but I'm not sure we could have reasonably done anything further!
