“This item was taking a long time to arrive. When I investigated, Paper Lantern told me I'd omitted my house number when I put in my details and so FedEx couldn't deliver. My mistake, I know, absolutely. But why didn't FedEx alert me or the company? The company had to chase them up to find out the problem.
It did eventually arrive, after I'd emailed the company again to ask if it was on its way. They didn't reply until it had been delivered, the following day, and then said slightly defensively that their records showed it had been delivered that day. No acknowledgement of how long it had taken.
The shade itself is fine, and good value, but I would describe the colour as more on the turquoise side than teal.”
“Customer service is fantastic. I ordered some lanterns and the inserts broke as they are quite delicate. I asked if I can buy some more inserts and they sent 2 new lampshades for free, no quibble.

“I bought lanterns to decorate the hall for my daughters wedding. I used three colours and bought two of the mixed size packs. I also bought extra string and clips just to be sure. The marquee contrctor was very happy to put them up for us in the linings of the marquee and they looked great. I would recommend the Paper Lantern Company.”
