“Dear Sir/Madame, My name is Alberto Antinori and I am writing from Venice, Italy. I already knew about your company and I already had the opportunity (back when I was still living in London) to check at Foyles and Ian Allan Publishing some of your fantastic books. The main reason why I am currently writing this review is because of this scourge named Brexit! I had to pay to UPS an extra fee in order to "release" the book from the border customs services (unbelievable...but your company is not my first case... only Amazon seems to be unaffected) !! Apart from this inconvenience, the book is truly great and I am super happy ; ) Best regards and I wish you a great 2024! Alberto Antinori”

“Your books are absolutely perfect according to the three men who look at them at home. The only complaint was the customs fees that we had to pay worth around 20 euros. I thought everything was included in the purchase price.”

Thanks for the review Harold. From UK to Europe, we offer Airmail and UPS. The very cheap services are more trouble than they are worth, I'm afraid.

“My first order went missing, but I contacted Lee and he sorted me out with a new book. I don't think these things happen that often and I had just some bad luck. Otherwise everything went smoothly and the book was very well packed and arrived in excellent condition.”

“Hi Lee, thanks for the service, postage to NZ is getting quicker. But this last lot of books (2) got thrown about , so arrived with dents to the corners and margins. So maybe some extra extra wrapping around edges, Regards Garry.”

“My only vomment is that due to brexit ive been obliged to pay customs for an amount of 33 euros what is something not acceptable at all. This is not your fault but we have been drawn into this. Thanks, everything else was perfect as always”
