“The website is excellent, easy to navigate and full of as many events you could want. The only thing I would look in to is maybe providing a Loyalty scheme and/or beat the bookie competitions for free bets (ie. put a selection on each day/week and if you back the selection that beats it then you get a free £5 bet (for instance if you select a horse that comes 3rd in a race, those who backed the first and second get a free bet), just a thought)”

“I wanted to exclude my self from casino and games . The advisor (Derek) talked me through my options quickly and made it all straight forward. I was blocked from casino and games within 10 minutes.derke was very polite throughout our conversation”
