“I have just been on live chat with Thomas,possibly the worst customer service advisors I have had the misfortune to come across. He deliberately tried to annoy me and kept saying he didn't understand it couldn't have been any simpler leave my account for the time being and can I speak to a manager. This was appalling behaviour this agent deliberately tries to get a reaction from customers.
Take my advise try another site I was offered 2 promotions and received nothing”

Placed £10 on Newcastle to beat Brighton, won a measly £27 and my account was blocked with please verify your account. 12 days later after uploading bank statements, drivers license and account details to prove my identity, my account has been closed by paddy power and returned £10. Absolute joke don't bother signing up because of you win they don't want you!!!”
