“Had an issue with needing to update card information thanks to card held with PP being cancelled by the bank for security reasons. Reduced the balance to the required amount in order to add a new card via a couple of trips to PP shops, having been advised that acquiring a cash card and making withdrawals was the simplest option. Then when trying to add the card, I was hindered by the Unsettled Bets clause. This was resolved swiftly by dealing with a customer service agent on Live Chat who arranged for a new card to be added, with me providing details over a secure link with the Lock icon.”
