“Quick service, if there is one dispute I have with PP it's the betting slip system, I did a forecast and tricast on a dog race, the forecast was fine and paid what it should, however the tricast was settled as 3 singles so I lost almost £300. I had selected 1st 2nd 3rd from the racecard and on the betting slip entered my £3 stake, I should have realised that the stake total was £9 in stead of £3 but still, if you are placing a tricast bet on the relevant screen why would a single box come up as the prominent option on the slip? That's wrong and my only gripe.”

“Closer attention to each loyal customers account to make available bets more individual, again the same with loyalty bonuses to be used for the areas of interest to that customer. Overall PP are fantastic, website very easy to use and live chat always so polite. Would recommend to anyone and have lots of friends who are now loyal customers due to my recommendation based on my experiences. Keep up the good work! !”

“I am not a great fan of the way the page is set out with icons all at the top. Also you have to go searching round for things like account history etc. Otherwise excellent”
