“The website in general is good, but I had a few issues deleting an old card off the system and adding a new one. Also had problems withdrawing to PayPal. If those could be a little easier for customers to manage then it would be beneficial in my opinion. Other than that - if there's ever anything I need help with, the online help and chat facilities are very helpful indeed. Keep up the good work. Thanks.”
