“Rasheed was very efficient & dealt with my query very promptly. Time queue was low so that did and help. The time out was set at 60 seconds I don't know if that was my end or yours if so that could be increased to deal with issues that may take longer to resolve & if the queue is longer.”

“Now that the Brazilian State Championship football is underway again, a market on which i like to have a flutter, I have noticed that 'Brazil' is not currently listed in the left-hand 'countries' section of the football betting page. In order to make selections it is necessary to do this from the heading of Sunday/Monday or whichever day is relevant. Could you please re-instate Brazil! Cheers Bob.”

“Had a query on sign up Colm sorted me out straight away great support great customer service!! You don't find that nowadays there's always some jobs worth who answers it's company policy etc... Colm and Paddy Power just advised me and sorted everything out very quickly WELL DONE!!”
