“had to deposit money first before getting a query because im a new customer and they cannot provide me odds for a bet i want. Now got to wait 2 days to see my money again very inconvenient and bad experience for a new customer that's meant to receive enhanced odds. If i dont get the email i have requested i will not be using paddy power again.”

“The has been an anomaly with the PP Lotto Section where the Stake is not being deducted from my credit balance. I still have my original deposit (Honestly!) after placing a small amount of Lotto Bets to just about exhaust my Credit Balance. This has been going on for about a week, since I first started betting on PP Lotto. I have not won anything (I've checked!) . What else can I say! Will return again to try again the PP Lotto. Thanks! And, bye!”

“BEST RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING SITE - why ? - because paddy actually has the option to not be able to cancel a withdraw. Other pages banned me for just asking to remove this option^^ They all pretend they take it seriously - in the end though they do not. Thank you paddy for that. Customer Service Team is correct and nice.”

“joined paddy power online but wasnt asked for proof of age until i had placed a bet and been accepted as a member then had an email from security later which seemed a bit odd as didnt hav proof of age to hand and bet had been accepted and placed already.”
