“Very good site only problem I ever had was changing card details with over £200 off open bets in account”

“When using my UK details, but on the internet in Spain, there was no warning until AFTER the whole process that transactions were not possible. As soon as the ISP is detected, a warning pop up should come up.”

“There's a lot of information and for first time users a simple guide would help. it's probably my fault but I couldn't place the bet I wanted to so gave up and have just closed the account. A shame because I think PP offers good deals to its customers.”

“Always a good experience when I use the sites & app. Don't use you very often but when I do its great fun. The only pain is the withdrawal procedure, which i understand but seems long winded as you didn't require ID to take my money to start with, yet you need it to give my money back! But hey ho, not that much of a bother! Thanks Paddy Power!”
