“I tend to use the PP app however, the website is just as easy to use and navigate around. Their help desk were quick in resolving an issue I had and would recommend PP as a great online bookmaker.”

“I've generally had a good experience with Paddypower. They make everything fairly simple, and the layout of the website is very familiar. Mostly, I've been impressed with how the web chat agents have dealt with my queries on a whole. My only issue is with the verification process - I feel it could be made a little easier and that guidance could be given at an earlier stage (to make sure all information is provided and that there are no hitches, also!) The customer service is great, the promos on sports markets are generally very good and they have the best slots on the web as far as I'm concerned, too!”
