“I have been with PP for nearly 15 years and to be fobbed off about my query twice over the weekend is totally disrespectful. Not pleased at all... Not sure if I will stay with PP much longer if this is a sign of the future customer service...”

“Great company. On one occasion I used my phone to place an in play football bet for the next scorer but accidentally bet my entire balance on a centre back. I tried to get in touch through live chat but was unable to due to the rubbish wifi in the bar I was in so just sent them an email explaining the mistake and hoped for the best. To my surprise, I discovered the next morning that they refunded the bet. I thought that was very reasonable of them as they had no obligation to refund and could have just said "Sorry, not our problem". It was a classy touch, greatly appreciated.”

“Everything has been fine so far. The only problem i ran into was trying to calculate my deposits and withdrawls over a set period. I had to contact customer help to tell me and explain how to do it myself. Maybe that could be made easier to figure out but other than that no problems.”
