“Twas grand. Although I'd get on to the crowd that developed your Oracle RightNow/Service Cloud portal. The chat client keeps jumping up and down on the screen when an agent was/wasn't typing. They need to either wrap the text that says "<agentname> is typing...." of position it somewhere else on the screen (like beside the agent icon, instead of under it). Or they might be able to set it so it doesn't hide itself when an agent isn't typing, that way the space will alway be there and stop the page jumping.”

“Free bets over Cheltenham are still an issue with me. Also - when I'm on live chat, my phone (or the website) won't let me type anything after I've sent my first initial message. Just wondering if this is a problem for anyone else? Thanks,”
